Lemongrass Dog Collar by caninedesign

For the next two months, I'm donating a DOLLAR a COLLAR to Happy Whiskers Animal Assistance Inc. in West Virginia. Happy Whiskers takes in animals in need, provides vet care, foster homes, and love.
