Love Pads on Four Paws - Wooden Spoon - I think it fits the theme really nicely, with pawprints intermingled with hearts on a wooden spoon. Well...love might not be in the *air*, exactly, on my spoon, but it's certainly padding about on four feet! And since the ground itself is not depicted, I suppose those pawprints are floating in the air...okay, I'm being silly now -- but I think it's a good entry and I hope you do, too.
Rusty Rose angora & soysilk laceweight yarn - a lace-lover's dream - deliciously delicate at 24 wpi! Perfect for your yarn-loving valentine, perfect for adding strikingly elegant lace trim or edgings, or for giving one-of-a-kind splendor to any project!
I think it's a pretty romantic color! Love is certainly spun into the yarn, if not the air. And since I couldn't have made it without the help of my bunny and his wool, it's a collaborative human-rabbit effort - so I think the animal theme is covered there. I hope you agree!
I live with one of the most overprivileged rabbits on earth, a delightful angora bunny who is litterbox trained and plays with my cat and romps about - and who also helps me spin beautiful yarn and knit lovely lace with his wool! He's got a great life, and many, many bunnies are not so lucky. So he and I are teamed up to help raise money for other less fortunate bunnies, with 10% of all angora items going to Little Miracles Rabbit Rescue. And we'll be adding other animal-themed non-angora items to the charity effort as well, just because -- this pawprint love spoon being an example of that!
beautiful yarn! love the color :-)
