Magnificent - Midnight Glory by Peylu

A digitally rendered image of our Night blooming Cereus aka Epiphyllum oxypetalum or Dutchman's Pipe.

A tropical cactus, it is best known for it’s large white fragrant flowers which open up at sundown and are gone by sunrise. One can actually watch as the large, many petaled flowers unfurl over the course of 2 hours following sundown. The blooms quiver as they slowly open up to their full glory. The flowers span 6 to 8 inches when fully opened.

10% of Peylu's sales goes to EFA's charity of the month.

  1. It's very nice - love the white softness against the black, and I had no idea about this flower blooming at night!

  2. how exciting! i have one too that i bought at an estate sale- it's 12 feet tall and busted out little flower buds a few days ago- your beautiful photos make me even more excited for it to bloom- thanks so much for sharing!
