A tropical cactus, it is best known for it’s large white fragrant flowers which open up at sundown and are gone by sunrise. One can actually watch as the large, many petaled flowers unfurl over the course of 2 hours following sundown. The blooms quiver as they slowly open up to their full glory. The flowers span 6 to 8 inches when fully opened.

It's very nice - love the white softness against the black, and I had no idea about this flower blooming at night!
